We present VizIt, an open-source framework for multi-view exploration of single-cell and spatial transcriptomic, epigenomic and genetic data. VizIt connects gene-, cell type-, condition-, spatial-, genomic region- and variant-centered views, enabling seamless navigation across biological perspectives. We demonstrate VizIt through the Parkinson's Cell Atlas, a customizable interactive multi-omic resource.","abstract_license":"CC0-1.0 (arXiv descriptive metadata)","license":null,"is_open_access":false,"retracted":false,"peer_reviewed":false,"categories":["cs.IR","q-bio.GN"],"details":null,"provenance":"arxiv","attribution":"Abstract: arXiv descriptive metadata (CC0).
