Paired with time-reversed partners by orbital-diagonal on-site attraction, they are the least stiff flat-band superconductors at fixed Chern number $C$, filling, and pairing amplitude. For uniform pairing and a nondegenerate paired state, the exact $T=0$ stiffness determinant is the topological floor times $1+(\\Torb/2π|C|)^2\\le1+(\\TLVP/2π|C|)^2$, where $\\Torb$ and $\\TLVP$ measure departures from vortexability. Enhancement costs vortexability, and the inequality is strict only if internal components share a site, as in heterostrained bilayers.","abstract_license":"CC0-1.0 (arXiv descriptive metadata)","license":null,"is_open_access":false,"retracted":false,"peer_reviewed":false,"categories":["cond-mat.supr-con","cond-mat.mes-hall","cond-mat.quant-gas","cond-mat.str-el"],"details":null,"provenance":"arxiv","attribution":"Abstract: arXiv descriptive metadata (CC0).
