However, the precision of these cosmological forecasts depends heavily on the astrophysical assumptions embedded within the simulation pipelines. In this work, we systematically investigate the impact of variations in the binary mass ratio ($q$), the maximum observable inclination angle ($ι_{\\max}$), and the maximum redshift ($z_{\\max}$) on the constraints of the Hubble constant ($H_0$) and the matter density parameter ($Ω_m$). We perform our analyses based on the GWDALI framework, the GW Doublet Approximation, and the phenomenological waveform approximant IMRPhenomD. By adopting sets of non-spinning binary neutron star populations we explore the impact of astrophysical parameters on the constraints of cosmological parameters. Our results reveal a clear dichotomy in the observational requirements: while the statistical uncertainty on $H_0$ falls below the falls below approximately $1.3\\%$ level for $N \\ge 400$ events and drops under $0.9\\%$ once $N \\ge 800$, a deep-redshift catalog ($z_{\\max} \\ge 1.0$) is strictly required to effectively break parameter degeneracies and constrain the global geometry through $Ω_m$. Furthermore, expanding the maximum inclination cutoff from the conservative $20^{\\circ}$ up to $40^{\\circ}$ substantially mitigates the correlation between distance and inclination.","abstract_license":"CC0-1.0 (arXiv descriptive metadata)","license":null,"is_open_access":false,"retracted":false,"peer_reviewed":false,"categories":["astro-ph.CO","gr-qc"],"details":null,"provenance":"arxiv","attribution":"Abstract: arXiv descriptive metadata (CC0).
