We perform the analysis in a rotating deformed AdS black-hole background. It is shown that the presence of angular velocity decreases the onset of imaginary potential thus enhancing quarkonia dissociation, in agreement with previous findings of the entropic force. Moreover, by increasing angular velocity, the thermal width becomes smaller.","abstract_license":"CC-BY (publisher license, via OpenAlex)","license":"cc-by","is_open_access":true,"retracted":false,"peer_reviewed":null,"categories":["High-Energy Particle Collisions Research"],"details":null,"provenance":"openalex","attribution":"Abstract of \"Imaginary potential of heavy quarkonia from thermal fluctuations in rotating matter from holography\" by Zi-qiang Zhang, Xiangrong Zhu, Defu Hou, https://doi.org/10.1016/j.nuclphysb.2023.116149, used under its Creative Commons Attribution license (CC-BY); markup removed, otherwise unmodified.","topics":[{"slug":"quantum-gravity-holography","name":"Quantum Gravity & Holography","domain_slug":"physics"}],"cited_in_dossiers":[]}
