## Abstract

A global haloscope network could turn an axion discovery into astronomy of dark matter substructure and transients. We combine interferometric phase, spatial coherence, and spectroscopy to study the formation and evolution of axion substructure through measurements of flow directions and velocity distributions. For tidal streams, a four-site forecast shows how longitudinal and transverse velocity dispersions can be measured jointly. Interpreted with dynamical and population models, these measurements could test axion production scenarios. Extensions to miniclusters, axion stars, and emitted bursts would broaden the astrophysical reach of laboratory detection.
