List the archive topics (optionally for one domain) with paper counts and whether a premium dossier exists. Free.

get_topic free

Topic overview: description, key concepts, dossier preview, the most influential and the newest papers. Free.

get_paper free

Full metadata for one record by archive id (arxiv:<id>, doi:<doi>, pmc:<PMCID>, nct:<NCT id>, openalex:<W id>), including the abstract when its license allows. Free.

Free preview of a premium dossier: summary, table of contents, statistics, verification record and two sample claims.

PAID per call via x402. Full research dossier: state-of-the-field synthesis plus structured claims mapped to citations, quantitative benchmarks, timeline, open problems, glossary and resolved bibliography.

Paying inside MCP

Use an x402-aware MCP client (for example @x402/mcp or the Cloudflare Agents SDK x402 client). Unpaid calls to paid tools return the payment terms; the client signs and retries automatically within its spending policy.
